John Lu serves as the Practice Administrator of Q Smile Dental Spa, bringing a strategic, forward-thinking approach to operations and leadership. Since joining the organization as Operations Director in 2017, he has been instrumental in driving innovation, developing new strategies, and implementing ideas that enhance both patient experience and team performance.

 

John is deeply passionate about continuous improvement, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, budgeting, and sound financial management. His ability to translate vision into execution has helped strengthen internal systems while supporting sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Q Smile Dental Spa, John worked as a Lead Engineer and New Product Development Engineer, where he contributed to six innovations registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)—a testament to his analytical thinking and problem-solving expertise.

 

Outside of work, John enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, Hadrian. He values open dialogue and actively enjoys discussing new ideas and strategies with his team, believing that collaboration fuels innovation.
