Greeting from Q Smile Dental Spa,

As we are approaching toward the end of 2019, it’s also the season of giving and sharing your support to other people in our community. Q Smile Dental Spa is thrilled to present scholarships funds for college bound students, who are determined and willing to make a better future. The funds will be applied to your choice of school tuitions/books.To apply for this scholarship, please read thoroughly and comply with all of the requirements below:

1.)  Applicants must be students in MA and have household income of $40,000 or less

2.) Applicants must have official High School Transcript- GPA 3.5 or greater

3.) Essay 500 words minimum on either subject below:

I. Recently, Senator Elizabeth Warren of MA proposed an idea to break-up big corporations such as Apple, Facebook, Amazon.  She thinks that these companies, due to their massive financial resources, have major advantages and influences in the US and global markets comparing to smaller business competitors in state and local regions. Do you agree or disagree with Senator Warren’s proposal? Please explain and elaborate your reason(s)?

II. You may have heard a lot of talks about climate change. Do you believe in climate change? If you do, how would you tackle the issue if you were given sufficient resources? If you don’t, please state your reasons and facts that make you believe in what you believe in?

III. Discuss an accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others.

4.) Applicants must obtain 3 official letters of recommendations

Sophomore and Junior (High School Students) are encouraged to apply

Deadline is Sunday, December 1st, 2019

Winners will be announced at Q Smile Dental Spa Annual Christmas Event in December 7th, 2019.

1st Place- $3,000

2nd Place- $1,500

3rd Place - $1000
